Senior Manager, Resource Development & Leadership Giving:

The Senior Manager, Resource Development will support the implementation and growth of United Way’s workplace campaign and leadership giving objectives and strategies, and maintain donor relations of the annual campaign. This position will take a lead role in implementing departmental strategies around stewardship, research, engagement, and re-engagement activities. Resume and cover letter required. Read more here. 

PT New Media Manager (24 hours/week):

The New Media Manager (PT) is an online "connector" who will actively use social media, blogs and other online tools to cultivate engagement between UWPV, the community, and our constituents, including developing direct UWPV-to-donor relationships.  Responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of strategic social media and digital initiatives, including developing and managing viral marketing campaigns, creating and supervising multi-media assets, generating online donation programs and integrating social media into the overall business strategy.  Additional responsibilities include analysis of social media trends, coordinating social content to be consistent across web, mobile and email platforms, cultivating new communities and managing branded online communities on behalf of UWPV using social media channels. The Workplace Campaign Coordinator will support United Way’s development efforts by cultivating and strengthening relationships with workplace partners to better understand their needs, providing exceptional customer service and support, and facilitating the design and execution of their workplace giving campaigns and future engagement. Data & Administrative Specialist

The United Way of Pioneer Valley seeks a Data and Administrative Specialist to provide necessary support to the Finance Department. Tasks include, but not limited to, maintenance and entry of donor accounts, processing of donor records, data analysis, and general office support while maintaining a high level of customer and constituent service. Assist in the maintenance and operation of ANDAR’s database which contains donor, volunteer and community grant information. Assist in providing database and report management services to support Finance, Community Impact and Resource Development staff. The incumbent will work with all levels of organizational staff, 3rd party vendors, and partner agencies.  This position is part-time, up to 25 hours per week. An associate’s degree in business administration or accounting is required, and 1-3 years’ experience in finance and managing databases.
