Digital resources like computers, high-speed internet, and the skills to utilize them are crucial tools for meeting basic needs, but in our region, there are many who can’t access these resources. To alleviate this, we have begun our Digital Inclusion program to put digital devices in the hands of those in need. By repurposing used laptops and providing core training in digital literacy, we can help create a more inclusive digital world in Hampden County, South Hadley, and Granby.
Our program works with clients at our Thrive Financial Success Centers, the Chicopee Cupboard, and those enrolled with programs at Springfield WORKS to get them a quality laptop, along with training and support in understanding digital literacy from United Way and other public offerings throughout the region.

How can I help?
If you have a laptop you would like to donate, please contact Jennifer Kinsman.
You may also provide a monetary gift to help offset the costs of acquiring computers, refurbishing them, and training users.
