The Nonprofit Resource Center is that place. United Way makes the connection; the expertise comes from trainers, mentors, and consultants already working across Western Massachusetts.
Through the center, you can access:

Expert-led sessions on the practical skills of running a nonprofit, offered throughout the year.
Mentoring
One-to-one connections pairing you with experienced leaders who’ve navigated what you’re navigating.
Trainings
Structured learning in core areas like board governance, fundraising, and financial management.
Networking
Leaders Lounge and regional gatherings that connect you with peers across Western Massachusetts.
Practitioner Matching Awarded Quarterly
Organizations apply for a dedicated engagement with a vetted expert practitioner on a specific challenge. Matches are allocated each quarter, like a grant, at no cost to selected organizations.
