Thrive | Financial Success Centers

Thrive will serve to strengthen the financial capacity of community college students and area residents by promoting, supporting, through community collaborative efforts, access to a one-stop center offering financial literacy and coaching, workforce development services, and public benefit screening and enrollment.

Thrive Strives to

  • Increase the overall persistence rate for students accessing the center by at least 10% within the first two years
  • Increase credit scores by an average of 10%
  • Increase the number of mainstream bank accounts for at least six months by 50
  • Assist at least 50 users in creating and maintaining a household budget for six months
  • Assist at least 50 users in accessing workforce training in preparation for living wage jobs

Thrive offers an array of free services that help users overcome financial difficulties through a progressive assisted learning process. All Thrive services are integrated with the student services provided by Holyoke Community College.
